The constituents of 90% methanol extract in rhizomes of Ficus tikoua were isolated and purified by repeated chromatography. On the basis of spectral methods, chemical analysis, and reference to the literature data, seven compounds were identified as hydroxyalpinumisoflavone(1),bergapten(2),β-stigmasterol(3),oleanic acid(4),β-sitosterol(5),vanillic acid(6),2,6-dimethoxy-1,4-benzoquinone(7). Among them, compounds 1,3,6 and 7 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
