Abstract: The volatile oil of Rubus corchorifolius leaf was extracted by steam distillation,Its constituents was analyzed and identified with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS),and adopted the peak area normalizing to quantitate.the results show that 133 constituents were separated from the volatile oil,and 88 compounds of them were identified.The relative content of Heneicosane (C₂₁H₄₄) in the volatile oil is 15.7%,that of Pohytol（C₂₀H₄₀O）and (+)-Aromadendrene （C₁₅H₂₄）are 12.3% and 7.98% respectively．
