Abstract: To investigate the regulating effects of different concentrations of Fructus Lycii extracts on antibiotics-induced dysbiosis of intestinal flora in mice,to supply theoretical basis for further development and utilization of Fructus Lycii. The mice model of intestinal dysbiosis was established by treating with antibiotics.Mice were randomly divided into five groups:normal control group, high concentration extract group, low concentration extract group, model group and spontaneous recovery group.Taking Bifidobacterium, Lactobacillus, Enterobacteria and Enterococcus as investigating targets, traditional culturing method was used to examine the predominant microbial population changes of intestinal flora.Low concentration extracts of Fructus Lycii showed promoting effects on Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus, which was better than that of high concentration group. However, the promoting effects on Enterobacteria and Enterococcus were unobvious.Based on these results,it was concluded that Fructus Lycii extracts can regulate intestinal flora and correct intestinal microbe dysbiosis caused by antibiotics.
