Abstract: Oleuropein is one of the main active components of the economic plant, Syringa reticulata. Oleuropein has the following main activities:antioxidant,anti-inflammatory, anti-atherosclerosis,anti-cancer,antiviral activity and the protection of cardiac damage, lowering blood glucose and blood lipid, hence it has been widely used in medicine, cosmetics and other fields. In view of the problems existing in the process of oleuropein extraction, the optimization of APG0810-assisted extraction of oleuropein from S.reticulata branch was carried out by single factor tests and response surface tests. The optimal extraction conditions were:extraction solvent was 80% ethanol solution with 0.5% APG0810,ultrasonic temperature was 55 ℃,the ratio of solid to liquid was 1:20 g/mL,extraction time was 46 min.Under these conditions, the yield of oleuropein was 4.41±0.11%.This study provided technical support for deep processing of Syringa resources.
