Abstract

Abstract: In order to study the flavonoids of Tibetan medicinal herb Elsholtzia feddri Benth．Four flavonoid compounds were separated by various column chromatography including silica gel,RP-18 and Sephadex LH20.Their structures were identified by spectroscopic and chemical evidences.The results showed that four flavonoid compounds were Quercetin-3-O-β-D-glucoside (1),Luteolin-7-O-β-D-glucoside (2),Apingenin-7-O-glucoside (3) and Luteolin (4),respectively.These four flavonoid compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
