Simultaneously Determination of Four Components in Pingweisan Prescription Granule by HPLC

Abstract: In this study,a HPLC method was developed to simultaneously determine the content of atractylodin,magnolol,honokiol and hesperidin in Pingweisan prescription granule.A Thermo C18 column (250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used for chromatographic separation.The column oven temperature was set at 30 ℃,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was 300 nm.The mobile phase was acetonitrile and 0.2% phosphoric acid in water with gradient elution.All the four compounds showed good linearity within the range of the tested concentration.The RSDs of the precision,reproducibility and stability tests were less than 2%,the recoveries of them were in the range of 97.72%99.41%.The average contents of atractylodin,magnolol,honokiol and hesperidin in three batches of Pingweisan prescription granule were:0.015,0.253,0.227 mg/g and 2.567 mg/g,respectively.The developed HPLC method was simple,sensitive and accurate.It can be used for the quality control of Pingweisan prescription granule.
