Abstract: Microwave digestion inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was used to compare and analyze the difference of mineral elements in FanjingMountains tea.The results showed that the content of 18 minerals in FanjingMountains tea trend very similar, and the content of K and Mn were higher,Black Tea with high K low Na characteristics, the beneficial elements of Black Tea and dark Tea were higher than Ampelopsis grossedentata. The principal component analysis showed that the characteristic elements in tea were Ca,Mn,Co,Se,Cd,Hg and Pb;Correlation analysis displayed that the 18 mineral elements showed significant correlation or extremely significant correlation;Cluster analysis will be divided mineral elements into 4 categories,of which Na,Mg,Cr,Fe and Mo were clustered into one category;K,Cu and Zn as a class;Ca,Mn,Co,Se and Pb as a class; As,Cd,Sb,Hg and Sn were one kind.Through the comparative analysis of mineral elements in Fanjing Mountains tea,in order to provide a theoretical basis for the development and comprehensive utilization of Fanjing Mountains tea,and the results of cluster analysis provided some reference for the further study of the physiological needs of tea growth and the interaction of the external environment.
