Abstract: In order to explore the material basis and anti-inflammatory mechanism of n-hexane extract of Armillariamellea, firstly, we identified fraction Fr.5 by TLC and column chromatography separation in low pressure. Then this fraction was chromatographed on a silica gel column to get Fr.5-1. The main component of Fr.5-1 may be compound Daidzein by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS) and HPLC analysis.Fr.5-1(30,100 μg/mL) significantly inhibited LPS induced NO and TNF-α secretion in microgliacells (BV2). Therefore, the result demonstrated that Fr.5-1 from A.mellea had anti-inflammation activity in LPS activated microglia through inhibition of inflammatory mediators.
