Research Status of Stachyose Extraction and Purification Technology

Abstract: Stachyose was an oligosaccharide,which is a water-soluble dietary fiber.It was knowned as “natural super bifidus factor” and was widely founded in the family of Labiatae,Leguminosae and Scrophulariaceae.At present,stachyose in China’s beauty cosmetics and health care product had a wide range of applications,our Country’s research on extraction,separation and purification was at the leading international level.On the basis of collecting a lot of research data on stachyose,the current situation of the extraction and purification of stachyose was reviewed and provided reference for the related research.
