Research on the certification and uncertainty of synephrine reference material isolated and purified from tamping

Abstract: In order to improve the accuracy and quality evaluation of the simvaline analysis,this paper carried out the study of the standard sample of synephrine.The high-purity monomer compound of synephrine was isolated from the Citrus aurantium L.by modern separation and purification methods.The purity of the synephrine reference material was determined by mass balance method and quantitative nuclear magnetic method.The homogeneity of the synephrine reference material was investigated by F-test and t-test coupled with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).The short-term stability and long-term stability of synephrine were investigated by simulating long-distance transportation conditions.The results showed that the standard value of the synephrine reference material was 99.62%,with an extended uncertainty of 0.8% (k=2).The homogeneity of the synephrine standard material is good and the stability is good within 6 months.The accuracy,uniformity and stability of the quantity meet the technical requirements of the secondary standard substance.
