Optimization of extraction of total flavonoids from Caragana korshinskii Kom.with ultrasound technology by response surface analysis

Abstract:

In this paper,Caragana korshinskii Kom.flowers in Qinghai region was taken as the research object.The total flavonoids in C. korshinskii.flowers were extracted with the aid of ultrasound.On the basis of single factor experiments on extraction temperature,ethanol concentration,ultrasonic time and solid-liquid ratio,Box-behnken response surface method was used to optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids from C. korshinskii flowers.The results showed that the optimal extraction process for total flavonoids from C. korshinskii. flowers were as follows:extraction temperature 80 ℃,ethanol concentration 50%,ultrasonic time 60 min,and material-liquid ratio 1∶20.The optimized extraction process was used to perform three sets of verification experiments.The total flavonoid yield was 31.38 mg/g and the RSD was 0.17%.Box-Benhnken response surface method for the optimization of extraction of total flavonoids from C. korshinskii is stable and feasible.
