Abstract:

In order to analyze and identify the chemical composition of Callicarpa nudiflora aqueous extract, the aqueous extracts were prepared by heating reflux extraction and analyzed and identified by ultra-performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole-time of flight-mass spectrometry (UPLC-Q-TOF-MS/MS) through high-resolution mass spectrometry data and relevant literature. Finally,a total of 37 chemical constituents were identified from the aqueous extract of C. nudiflora, including 5 flavonoids,16 phenylethanoid glycosides and 16 iridoids.Among them, three compounds were reported for the first time from C. nudiflora, named geniposidic acid, forsythoside E and cistanoside F.Simultaneously,it was hypothesized that luteoloside, forsythiaside B,verbascoside and isoverbasin glycosides are the potential Q-markers,which can provide references for the subsequent study of medicinal material basis, secondary development, and quality control of C. nudiflora.
