Abstract:

In this study,we first obtained 2 653 differential genes of pancreatic cancer by bioinformatics.Further screening yielded 10 core differential genes, including COL1A2,involved in signaling pathways such as protein digestion and absorption.Survival analysis revealed that core difference genes had a significant effect on recurrence-free survival in pancreatic cancer patients.Immune cell infiltration matrix analysis in pancreatic cancer tissues revealed high levels of CD4+ memory T cells,M2 macrophages, and dendritic cells, but low levels of CD8+ T cells, with some correlation between the distribution of various immune cells. Finally, the majority of the effective herbal remedies identified in this study were associated with the liver meridians and were classified as clearing heat, tonifying, and dispelling wind-dampness.Among them,Curcumae Longae Rhizoma and Descurainiae Semen Lepidii Semen had the strongest connections to the immune pathways and key genes.
