Abstract:

In this paper, ultrasonic method (method A) and tissue crushing method (method B) were used to extract the active components of Lonicera japonica.Chlorogenic acid, rutin and luteoloside were used as evaluation indexes, and the effects of two extraction methods on the extraction rates of the three active components of L. japonica were compared by HPLC.The results showed that there were some differences in the extraction rates of the three index components obtained by metheod A and B,especially the content of chlorogenic acid extracted by method B was far higher than that extracted by method A.In addition, compared with the traditional method A,the extraction time of method B is greatly shortened, which greatly improves the extraction efficiency. The results can provide a certain reference for the production of honeysuckle extract.
