Chemical Constituents from the Aerial Parts of Stelleropsis tianschanica Pobed.

Abstract: The chemical constituents of Stelleropsis tianschanica were separated and purified by various chromatographic methods and identified by spectroscopic data.Sixteen compounds were obtained,and identified as daphnoretin (1),daphnoretin-7-O-β-D-glucoside (2),rutarensin (3),9′-methoxyl rutarensin (4),7,7′dihydroxy-2H,2′H-6,8′-bichromene-2,2′-dione (5),bicoumol-7′-O-β-glucopyranoside (6),7,8-dihydroxy coumarin (7),genkwanol B (8),viburnolide A (9),4hydroxybenzyl alcohol (10),botulin (11),daucosterol (12), β-sitosterol (13),tetracosanol (14),tricosanol (15),1-pentatriacontano (16).Compounds 1-16,were all obtained from the genus Stelleropsis for the first time.
