Study on the Extraction Technology of Flavonoids from Eurasian spiraea

Abstract: With ethanol reflux extraction Eurasian spiraea flavonoids,extraction time and study,ethanol concentration,extraction temperature,material ratio and other factors affect the extraction of flavonoids E.spiraea,the single factor and orthogonal experiments It showed that the main factors affect the extraction time sequence ethanol concentration> extraction time> extraction temperature> solidliquid ratio.Spiraea best extraction conditions of flavonoids conditions at 85 ℃,80% ethanol reflux extraction,solidliquid ratio 1:15,extraction time 3 h.Under these conditions,the content measured Eurasian Spiraea of flavonoids was 8.95 mg/g,of precision test RSD=0.9185%,stability test RSD=1.0036%,the average recovery was 96.4%.
