Extraction of Liposoluble Constituents from Cynomorium songaricum by SFE and Its Analysis by GC/MS

Abstract: In this study,the liposoluble constituents of Cynomorium songaricum was extracted by supercritical fluid extraction(SFE)and analyzed by GCMS.The optimal extraction conditions were obtained by orthogonal experiment,namely the extraction pressure 30 MPa,extraction temperature 45 ℃,CO2 flow rate 12 mL/min,extraction time 2.5 h.The liposoluble constituents were separated into three parts that conclude nonpolar fraction,weak polar fraction and polar fraction by column chromatography.A total of 101 compounds were identified which the number of that three parts are 21,40 and 40,respectively.In the liposoluble constituents of C.songaricum,fatty acids are the highest components and their relative content reached 90.595%.Esters and alkanes accounted for 5.069% and 1.088%,respectively.The remaining components accounted for only 3.248%.The content of(E)9octadecenoic acid,9.12octadecadienoic acid,hexadecanoic acid and 11eicosenoic acid were the highest,and their relative contents of all were more than 5%.
