Abstract: In this study,6 kinds of extract fractions were obtained from Lycium barbarum using reflux and macroporous resin. And then antioxidant activity of 6 kinds of extract fractions were evaluated using the DPPH(1diphenyl2picrylhydrazyl)radical scavenging assay to find the best activity site.Sequentially, main activity component in extract fractions were speculated by UV and HPLC assays and comparing chromatogram of the reference standard. The result showed Fraction E posses the most activity of scavenging free radical, the IC50 was 0.6 mg·mL1,and the cleaning process was endothermic reaction.Through the UV and HPLC chromatogram of extract fractions with that of the reference standard analyzed,it was found that the highest total flavonoid content is Fraction E with 30.2%,and rutin and quercetin were main active components.
