Abstract: In this work, Nostoc commune Vauch polysaccharide was extracted by reverse micelles. The reverse micellar systems were formed by trin octylmethylammonium chloride (TOMAC), chloroform and n-butane.The effects of TOMAC concentration, the volume of organic solvent chloroform and cosolvent n-butane,crude polysaccharides extract concentration, guanidine hydrochloride concentration (GuHCl),and the species and congcentration of salts on the forward extraction efficiency of N.commune polysaccharides were investigated. The forward extraction efficiency of N.commune polysaccharides was determined to be 53.21% by 25 mmol/L TOMAC/chloroform/n-butane (V:V=3:1),crude polysaccharides concentration 0.5 mg/mL,NaCl concentration 0.4 mol/L,GuHCl concentration 10 mmol/L.Under these conditions, the backward extraction yield was 93.2% by 0.14 mol/L NaCl solution,GuHCl concentration 0.6 mol/L.
