Effects of Sijunziwan on Expression of Bax and Bcl2 in Lewis Lung Cancer Mouse

Abstract: To investigate the therapeutic mechanism of strengthening earth to generate metal theory on lung cancer,the effects of Sijunziwan on expression of Bax and Bcl2 inLewis lung cancer mouse were observed.To create the Lewis lung cancer mouse model,the mouse was subcutaneously inoculated with 0.1 mL Lewis lung cancer cells suspension,the concentration was 1×107 cells/mL in right armpit.TheLewis lung cancer mouse model was divided into 3 groups:Lewis lung cancer group,TCM treatment group and PPD group.Mouse of TCM treatment group were given daily Sijunziwan 0.0936 g/10 g for a week.Mouse of PDD group were weekly injected with PDD 0.05 mg/10g for two weeks.The apoptosis rateand protein expression level of Bax and Bcl2 were examined by TUNEL,IHC and western blot after drug treatment.Compared with Lewis lung cancer group,the apoptosis rate of TCM treatment group and PPD group were significantly increased (P<0.01);The results of IHCand western blot showed that compared with Lewis lung cancer group,protein expression level of Bax were significantly increased on TCM treatment group and PPD group,but the protein expression level of Bcl2 were significantly decreased(P<0.01).Sijunziwan can influence the expression levels of Bax and Bcl2 and promote apoptosis of Lewis lung cancer cells on Lewis lung cancer mouse.
