Abstract: To study the characteristics of the main active components (quercetin and kaemarin) in different growth stages of Lysimachia christinae Hance,and to provide some support for the quality control and suitable harvesting period.The contents of quercetin and kaempferol in different growth stages (germination,growth,bud stage,flowering stage,stationary period,fruit ripening stage,secondary growth period and dormancy period) were determined by HPLC.The content of active ingredients in different growth stages was significantly different,but all of them were the highest in flowering stage and flowering stage.The appropriate harvest period is in the bud stage or flowering.
