Antidepressant Activity of Helicid

Abstract

Abstract: The antidepressant effect of helicid was evaluated with mice tail suspension test and mice forced swimming test.Helicid 30 mg/kg significantly reduced the accumulative immobility time in mice tail suspension test.Helicid 20 mg/kg reduced the accumulative immobility time in the mice forced swimming test.Helicid has the significant effect of antidepressant in the mice behavioral despair tests.
