Abstract: In order to study the extraction rate of high-activity components in Eucommia ulmoides by biochemical methods, this paper compared the enzymatic hydrolysis, water extraction and alcohol extraction methods in the eucommia bark of the eucommia bark, genipin, genipin The extraction of four active components, acacia, genipin, genipin and chlorogenic acid, was carried out by high performance liquid chromatography to determine the difference in the content of active ingredients extracted from the samples. The extraction effects of four active ingredients in the extraction of Eucommia bark from different extraction methods were compared and compared. The determination of the extraction quantity of the 4 natural compounds with three solutions respectively by liquid chromatography, which showed that there were significant differences in contents between three extracting solutions. The contents of Aucubin were 22.42 μg/g with aqueous solution containing enzyme,8.27 μg/g with distilled water, and 9.13 μg/g with 70% ethanol solution. The contents of Geniposide were 77.89 μg/g with aqueous solution containing enzyme,33.19 μg/g with distilled water and 7.76 μg/g with 70% ethanol solution. The contents of Geniposidic acid were 110.05 μg/g with aqueous solution containing enzyme,36.63 μg/g with distilled water and 47.40 μg/g with 70% ethanol solution. The contents of Chlorogenic acid were 345.35 μg/g with aqueous solution containing enzyme,118.85 μg/g with distilled water and 172.04 μg /g with 70% ethanol solution. That is,the amount of extraction by enzymatic hydrolysis is several times higher as much as that of water extraction and ethanol extraction. Those determination results showed that the enzymatic hydrolysis was the best among the three methods in natural products extraction, and also enzymatic extraction causes no any chemical pollution.
