Content determination and fingerprint of Lonicera japonica formula granules and standard decoctions

Abstract: This paper established the content determination of Lonicera japonica formula granules,standard decoction and HPLC fingerprint study method,which provided the basis for the quality evaluation of Lonicera japonica formula granules.HPLC method was used to determine the content of Lonicera japonica herb,standard decoction,formula granules chlorogenic acid and luteoloside,The common pattern of the three fingerprints was established.The results showed that the contents of chlorogenic acid and luteoloside in Lonicera japonica herb,standard decoction and formula granules were significantly different.Fingerprint of Lonicera japonica herb,standard decoction and formula granules were established respectively.A total of 12 peaks in HPLC fingerprint of Lonicera japonica formula granules can be traced in standard decoction,11 were tracked in the herb and to identify the chlorogenic acid,rutin and luteoloside of 3 components.The indicates that the method of qualitative and quantitative analysis is simple,accurate,and specific,which has guiding significance and reference value for the identification and quality control of formula granules.
