Abstract: Morinda officinalis ow’s Oligosaccharide had the functions of anti-depressant,neuroprotection and so on,but it had some difficulty in purification and detection technology,which was one of the puzzles in modern research field.The author summarized the relevant literatures with oligosaccharides at home and abroad，and discussed their separation,detection methods and clinical pharmacology in recent years,by searching China Knowledge Network,Baidu Academic,Wanfang,Weipu,pubMed,Science and other databases.In order to further explore the mechanism of Morinda officinalis and further develop Morinda officinalis,this study provided a scientific basis to maximize the use of Morinda officinalis value.
