Abstract: To study the effects of different components of Radix Aconiti Lateralison rats with acute heart failure (AHF) in hemodynamics and neurohumoral factors.Use propafenone hydrochloride to copy the model rats of AHF.Then, observe and record the change of HR,+dp/dtmax and-dp/dtmax after administration 5,10,20,30,60 min,and measure the concentration of Ang-Ⅰ,Ang-II,TNF-α,ANP by blood sampling after 60 min by ELISA.After modeling with propafenone hydrochloride,HR,+dp/dtmax were significantly decreased and-dp/dtmax was significantly increased, and Ang-Ⅰ,Ang-II,TNF-α,ANP were trend to rise.Compared with the model group, total alkaloids and water-soluble alkaloids can increase the HR,+dp/dtmax and decrease the-dp/dtmax in varying degrees at all points of time;total alkaloids,water-soluble alkaloids,fat-soluble alkaloids and polysaccharides had the tendency to reduce the concentration of Ang-Ⅰ,Ang-II,TNF-α,ANP,which were increased by modeling. In conclusion, the total alkaloids had the most significant effect of improving hemodynamics, followed by the water-soluble alkaloids, both of which could affect the neurohumoral factors associated with heart failure. Thus,it can be seen that the water-soluble alkaloids and total alkaloids are the main material basis in playing the role of cardiac.
