Abstract: This paper studied the chemical constituents and antifungal activities in vitro of Dryopteris fragrans (L.) Schott.Eight compounds were isolated from Dryopteris fragrans (L.) Schott by column chromatography on silica gel,Sephadex LH-20,Semi-prepared liquid phase and identified by physico-chemical properties and spectroscopic analysis.Their structures were elucidated as albaspidin PB (1),aspidin PP (2),flavaspidic acid BB (3),saroaspidin A (4),filicinic acid VI (5),mallophenone (6),aspidin AB (7),aspidinol B (8),among which compounds 1-6 were obtained from this plant for the first time. After antifungal test, compounds 3-8 have strong inhibitory effects onTrichophyton rubrumand Microsporum gypseum. It can lay a foundation for further development of Dryopteris fragrans (L.) Schott medicinal value.
