Abstract:

Yiguan Decoction is often used for the treatment of hepatic fibrosis with liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome (LKYDS),while the mechanism is not clear. We used the network pharmacology to explore the molecular mechanisms.10 active compounds in Yiguan Decoction and their 6 corresponding target genes in the treatment of hepatic fibrosis with LKYDS were identified after the data mining and the network topology analysis. Then the “compound-target-syndrome” complex network model were constructed to investigate the underlying mechanism of Yiguan Decoction.Meanwhile,it was also found that regulations of immune system,TGF-β signaling and apoptosis were involved in the underlying mechanism of Yiguan Decoction in the treatment of hepatic fibrosis with LKYDS.The network pharmacology analysis was greatly helpful to investigate the underlying mechanism of Yiguan Decoction in the treatment of hepatic fibrosis with LKYDS,and the results may provide more ideas for further studies on the efficacy of Yiguan Decoction.
