Research progress on chemical constituents and biological activities of Lepista sordida

Abstract:

Lepista sordida is a kind of rare edible/medicinal fuguns with high development and utilization value,it has been widely concerned by domestic and foreign scholars because of its strong smell,delicious taste,rich nutrition and high value.The chemical constituents and their biological activity effects of Lepista sordida were summarized in this article,including nutrition, polysaccharides,terpenoids,ketones and other compounds,as well as the research progress of bacteriostasis,antioxidant and anti-tumor.The purpose is to provide the basis and reference for the research of Lepista sordida of the development and utilization of high-value products.
