Abstract:

In order to optimize soaking process of total flavonoids from Imperial Chrysanthemum tea and antioxidant activity of the tea infusion.Based on the results of single-factor tests,Box-Benhnken center composite design was carried out with the content of total flavonoids as the response values.Furthermore, the DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging ability and reducing force of tea Infusion were studied. The results showed that the process of optimum extraction were the solid-liquid ratio of 1∶64 g/mL,soaking time of 22 min, soaking temperature of 94 ℃.Under these conditions, the content of total flavonoids was 57.56 mg RE/g,and the IC50 values of DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging capacity and reducing power were 36.32,0.44,90.02 μg/mL.These results indicated that Imperial Chrysanthemum tea showed good antioxidant activity and provided a reference for further development and research.
