Abstract:

To study the cultivated group quality characteristic from Peucedanum prasrupterum. The chemical fingerprints of 19 P. prasrupterum samples collected by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and the content of praeruptorin A and praeruptorin B were determined. The quality characteristics of P. prasrupterum were analyzed by similarity evaluation, cluster analysis (HCA),principal component analysis (PCA) and orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis(OPLS) methods. The contents of praeruptorin A and praeruptorin B were 0.46%-1.73%,0.076%-0.708%.HPLC fingerprints of 19 batches of samples were established,6 common peaks were identified,Two characteristic chromatographic peaks of praeruptorin A and praeruptorin B were identified. The chromatographic similarity of 18 batches of individual plant samples is between 0.600 and 0.999.The HCA and PCA results are consistent with the similarity results. In the production, there are large differences in the internal quality of different individual P. prasrupterum plant types, and the groups quality characteristics are very rich. The quality of single plant was unqualified, while the quality of mixed samples in field met the requirements of Pharmacopoeia. The cultivated group quality characteristics of P. prasrupterum were comprehensively evaluated by combining double standard components with HCA,PCA and OPLS.The results were demonstrated to be very useful for quality evaluation and breeding of P. prasrupterum.
