Correlation analysis of mineral elements from Swertia franchetiana H.Smith and soil in different areas of Qinghai

Abstract:

The aim of this study is to explore the correlation of mineral elements between Swertia franchetiana H.Smith and soil in different areas of Qinghai.Fourteen mineral elements in the wild Swertia franchetiana H.Smith and soil in 7 regions in Qinghai Province were detected by ICP-MS,including K,Ca,Na,Mg,P,Cu,Zn,Fe,Mn,Co,Ni,V,Cr,Se.The analysis results show that there is a big difference in the content of mineral elements between Swertia franchetiana and soil.17 pairs of mineral elements in Swertia franchetiana were significantly correlated (P<0.05 or P<0.01),and Swertia franchetiana has a strong enrichment effect on P,with an enrichment coefficient of 3.17.Twenty-two pairs of mineral elements between Swertia franchetiana and soil have significant or very significant correlations;among them,there is a correlation between Na and Se in Swertia franchetiana and K,Ca,Mg,Cu,Fe,Mn,Ni,V,Se in soil,K and P of Swertia franchetiana were significantly positively correlated with soil P,and V of Swertia franchetiana was significantly positively correlated with soil Cr.In conclusion,the mineral element content of Swertia franchetiana and soil in different areas of Qinghai have a certain correlation.
