Abstract:

In this paper,Fourier transform mid-infrared spectroscopy and chemometric methods were used to identify the origin of Cistanche deserticola. The mid-infrared spectroscopy of the C. deserticola from Xinjiang,Inner Mongolia,Qinghai and Kazakhstan was carried out by mid-infrared spectroscopy technology, and the characteristics of the C. deserticola were obtained.Through the assignment of spectral peaks,it was found that the C. deserticola contained phenethanol glycosides, flavonoids and glycosides. The similarity evaluation method could distinguish the samples from Inner Mongolia and Kazakhstan.Through the analysis of double index sequence (shared peak rate and variable peak rate),it was found that the production area had a certain influence on the quality of C. deserticola.Component analysis could group samples from different producing areas into relatively independent groups, fulfilling the demand for identification of the origin of C. deserticola.
