Abstract:

Clematis tangutica,a common Clematis on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau,is one of the original plants of Tibetan medicine "Dbyi-mong".To study the medicinal value of its different parts, the chemical constituents of C. tangutica collected in Qinghai Province were analyzed. The extract of C.tangutica was isolated by silica gel column chromatography. The petroleum ether fraction was concentrated and analyzed by GC-MS.A total of 17 components were detected,of which the highest content was nonacosane(32.02%) and 4-methyloctane(13.88%),and alkanes accounted for 99.01%.Other compounds such as squalene were also analyzed, and no phytosterols were found. The results show that the compounds in the petroleum ether fraction of C. tangutica are relatively monotonous and the utilization value is low. This paper studies the petroleum ether part of C. tangutica that has received less attention, and provides a basis for the further comprehensive study of its chemical constituents.
