Abstract:

A method for the analysis of aroma components in rose hydrolat by ultrasonic-assisted dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction combined with gas chromatography/mass spectrometry was developed. It provides technical support for the study of aroma components of rose hydrolat. The effects of sample size,ultrasonic-assisted extraction time, extractant type and dosage, dispersant type and the volume ratio of extractant to dispersant on the extraction efficiency of aroma components of rose hydrolat were investigated.Using the HP-INNOWAX column,The optimum parameters of dispersed liquid-liquid microextraction were as follows:sample size 7.0 mL,ultrasonic-assisted extraction time 3 min, extractant and dichloromethane 200 μL,dispersant acetonitrile, volume ratio of extractant to dispersant 1∶2.The results showed that 62 kinds of aroma components were identified, including 52 kinds of rose cell fluid,42 kinds of rose water,46 kinds of fresh flower water and 47 kinds of pickled flower water, the aroma components with higher relative content were citronellol,eugenol,linalool,α-terpineol,phenylethanol,Nerol,geraniol,methyl eugenol, etc. There were differences in relative content and component composition of rose cell fluid and rose water, fresh flower water and pickled flower water, and rose water from different manufacturers.Ultrasonic-assisted dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction combined with gas chromatography/mass spectrometry was applied to the determination of the aroma components of rose hydrolat,it is suitable for high throughput analysis of large batch samples.
