Abstract:

Two indolocarbazole alkloids,staurosporine(1)and K-252d(2)were isolated from the culture of strain SCSIO 1667 by resin column chromatography and repeated silica gel column chromatography. The structures of the two compounds were identified on the basis of spectroscopic (MS; 1H,13C,COSY,HMQC and HMBC NMR) data analyses.

Key words: marine actinomycetes, Streptomyces sp.SCSIO 1667, staurosporine, K-252d
