Abstract:

An endophytic fungus LL3026 was isolated from leaves of Buddleja davidii. The insecticidal activity of the diluted fermentation broth was tested through the effect of anti-brine shrimp, and the results showed that the insecticidal activity was very strong. Revised mortality was remained 100% till LL3026 fermentation broth was diluted to 1/16,and LD50 was 55. There were no significant changes when temperature and the time of irradiation and UV were varied. The complete 5.8S rDNA sequence of LL3026 was amplified and analyzed through molecular biology methods, and phylogenetic tree was constructed. The analysis of DNA sequences showed that LL3026 strain was belonged to Colletotrichum sp..
