Anziheji Effect on mmp2 and mmp9 of ACA Positive Abortion in Mice

Abstract: From the perspective of cell proliferation,researching Anziheji on the expression and meaning of mmp2 and mmp9,which are on maternal-fetal interface of the ACA positive threatened abortion in mice. Using Westen blot method to detect the protein levels expression of mmp2 and mmp9 in the placenta and decidua of model group and normal group,Anziheji low/medium/high dose group and aspirin group. The results of the research showed①the Gray scale deposition ratio of mmp2 in the placenta of ACA positive threatened abortion model mice(0.152)is lower than the normal group(0.611),the Gray scale deposition ratio of mmp2 in the placenta of the low dose(0.451)is close to the normal group;the Gray scale deposition ratio of mmp9 in the placenta of the low dose(0.497)is close to the normal group(0644);②the Gray scale deposition ratio of mmp2 in the decidua of the low dose(0.692)is close to the normal group(0.232);the Gray scale deposition ratio of mmp9 in the decidua of the low dose (1.085)is close to the normal group(1.627). Anziheji can regulate the balance of the proliferation in the trophoblast cell and the expression of mmp2,mmp9.
