Abstract: The semiquantitative analysis of siderophore produced by Trichoderma koningiopsis YIM PH30002 were detected by double-layer agar plate method. The results indicated the PDB medium was suitable for the strain YIM PH30002 to produce siderophore with maximum production. With further investigation, five polyketides were isolated from the ethyl acetate extract of the PDB fermentation broth of strain YIM PH30002 by various column chromatographical techniques.Their structures were elucidated as konginginin A (1),konginginin B (2),konginginin D (3),konginginin F (4),konginginin M (5) on the basis of spectroscopic analysis and literature data.Compounds 1-4 showed siderophore activities, among them compound 2 presented higher activity with MTC of 300 μg/mL in the iron (Fe III) acquisition tests. However, compounds 1-5 exhibited weak antimicrobial activities.
