Comparative Analysis of Volatile Components of Pseudostellariae Radix from Fujian Province in Different Development Stages by GC-MS

Abstract: The objective of this study was to compare the volatile components of Radix Pseudostellariae from Fujian in different development stages using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) coupled with multivariate staticstical analysis.Peak matching,cutting and noise filtering were used in analyzing data based on GC-MS combined with PCA and PLS-DA.The results showed that the chemical composition of Pseudostellariae Radix from different development stages were clearly different among samples.35 different chemical components were found in Pseudostellariae Radix from different development stages.There were 10 common chemical components with different contents.This study provided a research basis for the determination of harvest time and bioactive compounds in Pseudostellariae Radix.
