Abstract: The aim of this study was to evaluate anti-fatigue and hypoxia endurance effect of Dictyophora rubrovalvata polysaccharide (DRP) in mice.DRP was extracted by water extraction and alcohol precipitation.A weight loaded swimming model and a hypoxia model of mice were established.Meanwhile, the mice were given different doses of DRP by oral gavage. After 15 days, their loaded swimming time and hypoxia resistance time were determined, and then blood lactic acid (BLA),blood urea nitrogen (BUN),blood SOD,blood MDA and the contents of hepatic glycogen and muscle glycogen were measured. The experimental results showed that DRP can prolong the loaded swimming time, decrease the contents of BLA,BUN and MDA,increase the contents of SOD,hepatic glycogen and muscle glycogen, prolong hypoxia endurance time.
